W Green Mountain Hotel 5* operates a bicycle rental in the summer season.
There is a Tourist Information Point.
The resort organizes guided mountain trips as well as walks around Karpacz.
In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes bus trips, including trips to Prague, Vienna and Rock City.
The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.

Wellness & SPA

The Wellness Zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
Guests can use the swimming pool, the recreational pool with massage stations, the children's paddling pool with heated water and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests can use the bathrobes while using the zone.

The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility of extending the hotel day, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
